Somebody tell the mob, there’s a new prohibition in town:If this trend continues, could we expect underground speakeasies to open midnights; driving business away from the legitimate establishments? I would have no reservations about patronizing such a place.

Harold Wilson once famously remarked that 'a week is a long time in politics'. Well, for that remark to make sense you have to be able to compare it with something - how about 'ten years is no time at all in learning and development'. Ten new CBC News jobs in Calgary were posted this morning. These, presumably, are part of the people given back to Alberta after CBC moved — er, “reconfigured” — CBC Newsworld programming from Calgary to Toronto: 4 reporter/editors Video-journalist 4 videgraphers Switcher-Director In what I’m sure is just a coincidence, only two positions are posted for Toronto this morning: Specialist in “Contract Management” Specialist in Automation

Here’s an update to the NWMLS statistics for all six Puget Sound counties. I don’t personally want to live in King County, and maybe you don’t either. So, here’s a little graphical look at what the market looks like around the sound.
