BONIFAY - A citizen's tip helped lead to the arrest of a man suspected in two business burglaries here. Richard William Bove, Jr., 45, of Westville, was arrested just over the Alabama state line Friday. The Holmes County Sheriff's Office said in a news release that the Motley Mall in New Hope and the Dixie Dandy in Pine Log were burglarized early Thursday morning. An investigator at the scene received a tip about a suspicious vehicle that led to the identification of Bove. He is charged with two
