A new study by the Joseph Rowntree Foundation (JRF) has taken this one step further and analysed how the media shapes the publics attitudes towards a single issue: poverty in the UK.

Authorities continue to investigate the Los Angeles train crash where 25 to 26 passengers were killed. Metrolink has determined that the contracted engineer caused the crash when he failed to stop at a red light. The engineer died in the crash.
